Winter doesn’t mean you need to style less and wear more. Every day should be something to remember for aka a great fashion day! One of the biggest trend makers this winter are the sweater dress. Available in a variety of styles and you can basically select one based on what kind of statement you want to make. You can go casual with loose boho  sweaters or contouring one with solid colors to create a nice sophisticated look. You can never go wrong which ever way you go.

For this post, I selected one that gave more sleek sophisticated look. Leopard prints are my fav and to have one on a neutral palette like gray was a bonus. I think Gray is the new Black.  This contouring sweater dress has the right length and knit to enhance the figure and long sleeves gives a classy exuberance (not to forget it gives warmth too!). The just above knee length sweaters are perfect to highlight legs making the body look a lot leaner. Pair one with some accesories and you are good to go. I have tried these with boots and biker jacket and it looks great too. For this post, I decided to go with a loose knit wool scraf. I loved the way it balances the busy print on sweater. It surely looks warm and sexy! I bet no one can argue on that.

With great variety comes great headaches for decision making. These dresses are everywhere so select one that makes you feel lean. Avoid busy prints unless you want to pair it with a neutralizer like a plain scarf or something. Loose boho with right lengths are awesome but too short or too long and it can look saggy – avoid it.. Other than that, combinations are endless and like I said before, you can “almost” never go wrong with these. 😉
