GREECE DIARIES – GRECIAN HALTER DRESS
Hello Bellas, I hope you all are having a wonderful week. Today’s post takes me back to Greece again. Honestly, I can’t get Santorini out of my mind! And if you have been there, you know what I mean. Like the old saying goes, when in Rome, do what the Romans do!, I did what a Grecian does. I got myself into one of Greek inspired maxi dress for the day.
Greek history has shown us over time what beautiful women back in the ages used to wear. A flowy himation like the old days with a twist. So, today I am sharing the first halter neck maxi dress that I wore during my trip to Greece.
This Greek inspired maxi dress has all the quintessential characteristics of Greek style as well as maxi dresses. The modern touch is given by the very elegant halter with open back and makes it almost feel like a robe. A super comfy and versatile piece that doesn’t need any bling to grab attention. The halter and flow by itself is enough to make it a statement outfit. Can easily be worn on strolls with friends or date night or even on a relaxing day at a beach or pool. A must have summer outfit. With dresses like these, I can live in maxis all summer long. The open back and the beautiful color will sure make you stand out in the crowd. Since I wanted to keep the focus on the dress I minimized on the accessories, adding a minimalistic hand cuff and this stripe pattern multi-color straw hat that I got from an Athens local store.
I hope you liked this look. Thanks for stopping by. xoxo
