As the New York Fashion Week is here, I am so keeping an eye on what it has to offer this year. After all, who doesn’t want to stay current with the latest fashion trend. As much as I like charming and quirky fashion, I can never compromise on my comfort, and this is one outfit that makes me feel very much at ease and confident. This low-high skirt gives a leather feel but it is not! I picked it on sale from Bebe! They have some great body hug dresses and skirts too. The checkered top is truly a unique piece and I couldn’t find it again anywhere while writing this post. It is chiffon material with neon piping all over. I decided to keep this outfit simple and classy. The black caged heels from Guess and the glamorous Karen Millen black bag got the whole black ensemble rolling. A basic Revlon pink lip-color added the color quotient. Oh BTW, Revlon’s colorburst balm has this best collection of crayon lip-colors. I am totally in love with them, matte finish is my personal favorite but they have glossy and semi-glossy ones too.
